Apartment for rent
You're coming to Montreal to taste our beers? Or just to visit our beautiful town?
We have a very nice 4-room apartment right over our brewpub to rent for your stay in Montreal. It has room for 6 to sleep (2 bedrooms with a double bed in each one, and a double futon in the living room), and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals.
It is nicely located in the hip Mile-End neighbourhood, and available at a fair price (by the day, week-end, or week)!
Things you should know about the apartment:
- there is no air conditioned, but there are fans
- the apartment is over our brewpub, so you might hear some noise coming from the people leaving the pub (mostly at 3 in the morning)
- there is no TV, radio, CD player or telephone in the apartment
- however, high speed internet is available (wireless only)
- If you stay more than one night, there won't be any cleaning done during your stay. It is much appreciated if you could wash the dishes you use.
- There are a washer and drier available at the apartment
- The apartment is non smoking
- Parking is not always easy, but usually you can find a spot in the residential streets around the brewpub.
- Check-in time is 3:30 PM (no earlier), and check-out is Noon.
